Giopato & Coombes S.r.l. reserves the right to remove products from the collection and to modify technical details for the improvement and performance of the product or its production without notice.
Orders over €500 are shipped for free in EU.
Any complaints must be notified in writing within 8 days of receiving the goods.
Returned goods will not be accepted. The returning of goods must be authorised by Giopato & Coombes S.r.l. in writing, and are to be sent at the expense and risk of the customer and only unused goods, in perfect condition and in original packaging will be credited, with a deduction of 20% of the net value to cover reconditioning and transportation costs.
Orders cannot be cancelled following order confirmation, unless previous agreements have been made between Giopato & Coombes S.r.l. and the buyer.
Cancellations or modifications of bespoke orders will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Standard cardboard packaging is included in the price.
The place of Jurisdiction for any dispute is Treviso, Italy.
All contracts, even with foreign customers, are governed by Italian law.
