For Paris Design Week 2025, Giopato & Coombes brings to life a story told in two chapters: Bolle Coloured and Scarabei.
Bolle Coloured is a dance of light and wonder — vibrant, shimmering spheres inspired by the delicate magic of soap bubbles, crafted using ancient lustre techniques. Here, light becomes a living presence: playful, breathing, ever-changing.
Scarabei gathers this fleeting enchantment and grounds it in sculptural forms of sand-cast aluminum. Solid yet organic, these pieces echo the quiet metamorphoses found in nature — revealing the hidden beauty of transformation.
Together, the two collections weave a poetic dialogue — a celebration of light as reflection, alchemy, and imagination. An invitation to be surprised, again and again.
