• Define the communication strategies regarding the brand, product, and, in general, the institutional image of the company, guaranteeing the coordination of the message, values, and “tone of voice” agreed with the Direction.
• Define and coordinate the periodic (campaigns) and ongoing communication plans for the individual channels (social media, specialized press, website, media, etc.) relating to the product and the brand, discussing with the Direction and the Commercial departments, arranging also to measure and monitor the performance.
• Propose to the Creative Direction the planning of contents (visual and textual) to be produced and used to structure and convey communication messages.
• Collaborates with the Commercial Department in organizing and managing events such as fairs and company presentations.
• Guarantee the recurring and continuous updating of material and documents used for company communication purposes (catalogs, leaflets, images, pricelists, …) collaborating, where necessary, with the technical and product development functions.
• Upon input from the Creative Department, supervise the activities aimed at displaying the product in company showrooms/spaces.
• Collaborate with the HR department in planning internal communication initiatives in order to have a coordinated image and internal/external communication policy.
• Coordinate agencies for press office activities, PR, and external suppliers of the field, by providing them with specific guidelines related to the message to convey.
• Arrange and present to the Direction and, following its approval, manages the budget relating to communication expenses.
• Support the Creative Direction in carrying out trend analyses of the field and communications strategy-related.
• Proficient in English and Italian
• Excellent command of content production
• Knowledge of MSOffice Suite and Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of digital communication channels and social media
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and in general digital marketing software
• Excellent relational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Aptitude to develop strategic vision and planning
• 10 years of experience (minimum) in a similar role in international companies
• Experience in the field of design, fashion, luxury is preferred.
• BA or MA Degree in Communication Sciences/Marketing or similar backgroung
