Starting from a pure block, the solid material is engraved with grooves which create a kind of graphic embossed into the surface. The grooves reverberate the light and the appearance of the drawing is more or less evident based on how the object is illuminated. Inspired by the images created by shadows on building facades in the hot summer sun.
